ToyotaHat.com was built to be the exact opposite.
Operated out of Yerington, Nevada by Rob and Pamela Krause—the team behind Battle Born Clothing & Print—this is the dedicated home for our nationwide community of Land Cruiser, Tacoma, 4Runner, and vintage Toyota enthusiasts. We don’t farm our production out to third parties. Every hat, patch, and heritage tee you see here is designed, stitched, printed, and quality-checked under our own roof.
The Story: Off-Road DNA Meets Industrial Production
We didn’t start making Toyota gear because of a marketing algorithm. We started because Rob drives an FZJ80 Land Cruiser, spends his weekends wrenching or out on the dirt, and got tired of buying enthusiast apparel that fell apart after one wash or a single dusty trail ride.
In 2020, we launched Battle Born Clothing from our garage. Today, we run a full-scale industrial production house out of Yerington, NV (population ~3,400). While our custom print shop outfits the mines, construction crews, and businesses of Nevada’s I-80 corridor, ToyotaHat.com is our passion project turned cult favorite. It’s heritage-driven apparel made by actual enthusiasts, for actual enthusiasts.

You get production-grade quality, straight from the people who made it.

Every item is produced by Rob and Pamela Krause at Battle Born Clothing & Print in Yerington, Nevada. There is no corporate parent company, no investor backing, and no outsourced fulfillment center. It’s a husband-and-wife shop.
Is this print-on-demand?
No. We stock the blanks, run the embroidery machines, laser engrave the leather patches, and print the shirts ourselves. When you buy a heritage tee or a classic TEQ hat, it ships directly from our Nevada shop to your door.
What models and eras do your designs cover?
Our designs celebrate the full heritage of Toyota’s off-road legacy. You’ll find gear dedicated to the Land Cruiser (40, 60, 80, 100, and 200 series), Tacoma, 4Runner, classic TEQ logos, and vintage Toyota racing heritage.
Do you do custom orders for off-road clubs?
Absolutely. Because we run a full-scale industrial print shop, we can easily handle bulk custom orders for off-road clubs, events, and trail runs. We offer screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, and custom leather patches.
